Contrack Consulting officially opened its doors in 2018 after realising the difficulties many contractors, developers and individuals face with day-to-day cost, time, scope and quality management of their projects. Whether it be a single home or a multi-story commercial development, the struggle is real! With an ever-changing industry of shorter timelines and greater construction costs, it has become imperative to manage these key factors for success with greater precision. Specialising in turnkey construction project management through all stages of your project, we take construction project management and tracking to the next level. We are with you from project inception to close-out, and manage all aspects of cost, time and quality for you. Setting up and managing project cost estimates and cashflows, determining and monitoring project programmes, and initiating project quality control measures and systems. We work closely with our individual clients from inception stage, developing, streamlining and implementing site specific operational systems and procedures.

For us, quality is the cornerstone of every project. This not only increases quality of works on site, but frees up time and decreases costs, taking the guesswork out of your project. With experienced eyes and ears on the ground you now have the peace of mind that your project is running as it should.   • Contrack’s total scope will be outlined in the signed contract and any additional requirements can be discussed and agreed on at separate rates.
